个人简历 | 郭鹏飞,2014年获得湖南大学材料科学与工程专业博士学位,2016-2018年,任香港城市大学物理系博士后,香江学者。2019年至今,任太原理工大学电子信息与光学工程学院副研究员,博导。主要从事低维半导体纳米材料制备和组分调制,新型信息功能器件构建与性能调控等方面的研究,在半导体结构能带调制、光波导、受激发射、瞬态光学等方面积累了丰富的研究基础并取得了重要研究成果。主持国家自然科学基金、香江学者计划项目、省科技厅基础研究项目等5项。近年来,以第一/通讯作者在Adv. Mater., ACS Nano, Nano Lett., Nano Energy, J. Am. Chem. Soc., 等期刊发表SCI收录论文50余篇。被材料物理领域国际知名期刊引用达1600余次。 | |
